Product Return Policy
ERRORS IN ORDERS
UPS or Federal Express: If you receive an order that is incorrect or missing items, please contact customer service. They will be glad to help you correct any problem. However, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving it. No adjustments or corrections will be made after 48 hours.
Motor Freight Deliveries: Please check all items delivered BEFORE the freight company driver leaves. If there is any damage, please refuse the order. If you accept the order, the damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery. Once the driver leaves, the freight company will not assume responsibility for damages unless it has been noted on the Bill of Lading.
DOA EXCHANGE POLICY
A Return Merchandise Authorization number must be obtained from K M Productions Inc. prior to the return of any merchandise. DOA/Defective merchandise may be eligible for exchange (depending upon manufacturer) if it is returned within 30 days of purchase. Defective returns are for replacement only. Any merchandise to be exchanged must be returned to K M Productions Inc. freight prepaid and must include all accessories, including the original box with the RMA number on the outside of the box. A copy of the K M Productions Inc. invoice must be included with all defective returns. Please allow 5-7 days for processing of returns. After 30 days, defective merchandise must be sent to the manufacturer’s authorized warranty repair center.
RETURNS FOR CREDIT
All Sales are Final. K M Productions Inc. may, at its discretion, accept merchandise back in unopened and brand new condition up to 30 days of invoice date. There will be a 25% restocking fee, plus all appropriate credit card or finance charges (if applicable). A Return Merchandise Authorization must be obtained and product shipped freight prepaid and double boxed with the RMA number on the outside. There will be no returns on special orders or closeout items. Please allow 5-7 days for processing of credit.
